New SawStop Table Saw Options Coming Summer 2017
In a letter to dealers SawStop out of Tualatin, OR has announced a new line of table saw options coming as soon as this summer.

Tualatin, Oregon – April 25, 2017: SawStop today announced the development of a new line of options for their cast iron table saws. Anchored by a new line of router tables, the launch will also include a large format sliding table, a steel folding outfeed table and a floating dust collection guard. All the new options are scheduled to launch in late Summer, 2017.

These options will be coming Summer of 2017 and pricing is not yet set. Below are summaries of the new options due to release.
Freestanding and Saw Mounted Router Tables
Introducing the new SawStop family of Router Table Solutions. In this suite of options, you will find in-line cast iron tables custom fit for your SawStop Cast Iron Table Saw, as well as floor-standing and benchtop models with choice of cast iron or phenolic tables. Featuring maximum dust collection, these tables work best with the SawStop Router Lift, featuring a four-post, chain drive design and heavy-weight construction for repeatable precision and durability.
Large Format Sliding Table
Engineered for the demands of the Industrial woodshop, the Large Format Sliding Table ensures easy, repeatable operation. Cut sheet goods and larger stock easily, with maximum control and sure measurement. A rigid steel frame and 14 sealed, steel bearings ensure a reliable, smooth glide, and maximum adjustability affords both traditional and Euro configurations for a max crosscut of 70 inches!
Folding Outfeed Table
Every serious woodworker needs a robust and durable table saw outfeed table, and for too long the choices have been slim. Enter the SawStop Folding Outfeed Table. Engineered from steel to carry a heavy burden, the outfeed table is sized to match the width of your cast iron table and wings. The table is designed for easy adjustability and maximum glide, with strategically-placed rollers to smooth operation. Compatible with all SawStop Cast Iron Table Saw mobile bases, the Folding Outfeed Table quickly stows for an easy move.
Floating Dust Collection Guard
A guarded blade is a safer blade. To give our customers configuration choices, and make sure we are serving different usage models, SawStop offers our Floating Dust Collection Guard. This heavy-duty 4” overarm is designed to provide user protection while removing table-top dust in both standard and non-through cuts. Versatility maximizes usage, so the overarm is engineered to swing easily up and away for blade access, and then to easily swing back into operation.

The most exciting option to us is the router lift and tables since these products will extend beyond existing SawStop customer base. The 4 post chain operated router lift is high on our list to fully test out and we plan to get our hands on a sample for a full Tool Report review as soon as available.
